Biohacking Compendium
A bottom-up education in how the body works — from a single cell to the hormones, nerves, and gut bacteria that run the whole system — plus an honestly-calibrated guide to the compounds people use to influence it.
Three layers, each deeper than the last:
-
Foundations
An 11-chapter course on how the body works — read in order. The "why" behind everything else.
-
Deep Dives
In-depth investigations of single topics and compounds — the science, then the community view, honestly calibrated.
-
Compounds Database
250+ compound pages with mechanisms, dosing, safety, and sourced quotes. The reference annex.

A note on perspective and honesty
Much of this material sits in the bioenergetic / Ray Peat corner of biohacking, and the community sources are Twitter/X discussions and forums — anecdotal, sometimes contrarian, occasionally wrong. Where a claim is heterodox, oversimplified, or runs ahead of the evidence, the pages say so explicitly (look for the ⚖️ Calibration notes). The aim is to give you the real mechanisms and the judgement to weigh the claims yourself — not to sell a worldview.
Disclaimer
This is an educational resource compiled partly from social-media discussion and anecdotal reports. It is not medical advice and not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Several compounds discussed are drugs, research chemicals, or hormones with real risks. Always consult a doctor before supplementing or experimenting.
