A rat had a chronic stomach ulcer. They gave it a peptide from its own gastric juice. The wound rebuilt itself in 12 days.
Your gut lining is damaged.
And NOTHING you're taking is designed to rebuild it.
Probiotics. Bone broth. L-glutamine. You've thrown everything at it.
Still bloated after meals. Still reacting to foods you used to eat fine. Still waking up with a stomach that feels wrong before you've eaten anything.
You're the person who's done the elimination diet, taken the digestive enzymes, cut the gluten, cut the dairy — and you're maybe 20% better. On a good day.
Nobody told you the problem isn't what you're putting IN. It's that the lining itself hasn't healed. You're pouring supplements into a wound.
I did the same thing. Rotated probiotics for a year. Spent hundreds on gut-healing supplements. My bloating score went from an 8 to a 7. I called that progress.
Then I found out the tissue itself was still damaged — the barrier hadn't closed, the epithelium hadn't rebuilt. I wasn't healing. I was coping.
The compound that changed it was BPC-157. A pentadecapeptide isolated from human gastric juice.
This is rat data — no human ulcer healing trial yet. But what they found:
Chronic gastric ulcers induced with acetic acid. BPC-157 given orally and by injection for 12 days.
The treated group's ulcers were nearly fully healed — thick granulation tissue, new glandular epithelium rebuilding from underneath.
Controls: open wounds, thin tissue, visible decay.
The peptide outperformed famotidine — the drug in Pepcid — in every model tested. PMID: 15052688
Not symptom suppression. Tissue reconstruction. The lining rebuilt. The reactions stopped.
BPC-157 triggers angiogenesis in the damaged area — new blood vessels form, blood flow returns to the wound bed, and the lining rebuilds from the bottom up. It regenerates.
Picture eating dinner and just... eating dinner. No mental calculator running in the background. No bracing for the bloat. No planning tomorrow's meals around today's reaction.
Never mentioned by the person who sold you the probiotic.
You've got two roads.

When treating the gut, start with THIS check list:
1. Have you address inflammation (diet and life changes first, then metabolic or weight issues, and if need support meriva curcumin + boswellia, or even peptides like KPV)
2. Have you address digestion
- stomach acid via sufficient zinc, swedish bitters or arugula
- bile support via taurine, glycine, folate, B2, choline and b12
- iberogast/magnesium citrate if constipated
- digestive enzymes if low on test, have thyroid issues, or can't digest fats + starch
- trialled removing FODMAPs: starch, or other trigger foods – may need an elimination diet
3. Are you supporting any immune issue?
- may need to inhibit mast cell degranulation (boswellia, PEA, black seed oil, passionflower)
- support break down of histamine (via methylation nutrients, vitamin C, copper, DAO)
- elimination diet sometimes
4. Does your motility need support?
- if constipation (kiwi, iberagast, mg citrate, PHGG)
- if diarrhea (PHGG, fibre/starch in food as can tolerate)
5. Do you need to oxidative stress
- fruits and pomegranate juice as tolerated
- NAC with selenium and molybdenum
- black seed oil
6. Ensure you support the gut lining
- bone broth, collagen, glycine, gelatin
- zinc l carnosine
- s boulardii
- glutamine,
- peptides like BPC-157, larazotide, GHK or TBC500
- foods like okra and resistant starch as tolerated
7. Other factors
- sleep
- moderate exercise
- 10% calorie deficit but nutrient excess
- proper light environment practices and sufficient sunlight
- check cronometer for nutrients you're hitting, supplement what you aren't
- walk lots
- meditate or pray
This is a spring board to then work into your microbial/biofilm issues [truncated]

oral BPC-157 is an S-tier nootropic.
most see it as gut healing and miss the systemic cognitive enhancement happening when foundation gets fixed
the gut-brain axis is WAY stronger than people realize, and most have a NUKED gut
core benefits:
restores dopamine receptor sensitivity
eliminates brain fog within days
mood stabilization without dependency risk
heals leaky gut, reduces neuroinflammation
reverses alcohol and stimulant damage
when your intestinal barrier is damaged, LPS crosses into bloodstream, triggering neuroinflammation
driving depression and anxiety relentlessly.
BPC-157 restores gut barrier integrity, cutting LPS translocation and resolving the root neuroinflammatory problem instead of masking symptoms with big pharma slop.
dopamine receptors downregulate from chronic stimulant use. BPC-157 reverses this receptor desensitization at the structural level
actually restoring baseline dopaminergic function.
you're fixing the gut-brain axis dysfunction causing depression, brain-fog, confusion.
most compounds treat symptoms. BPC-157 repairs root issues.

BPC-157 has a 100% hit rate across every tissue tested. Nothing else comes close.
Not most. Not some. Every one.
→ severed nerves — REGREW
→ torn ligaments — REBUILT (oral worked)
→ detached tendons — REATTACHED
→ punctured cornea — SEALED
→ destroyed liver — REVERSED
→ shredded gut — REPAIRED
→ bone defects — CLOSED (matched grafts)
→ stopped heart — RESTORED
→ Parkinson's — REVERSED
→ crushed spinal cord — RECOVERY at 360 days
15 amino acids. Found in your own stomach juice. Your body makes it — just not enough to fix old damage.
One repair system: blood vessel growth, collagen production, inflammation reduction. Universal across tissues. That's why one peptide works everywhere.
No lethal dose in 30 years. WADA banned it. FDA is now reconsidering it.
Your doctor never mentioned it. Your stomach has been making it your entire life.
I take it daily. Source in the comments ↓

BPC-157 gets reduced to "gut healer" and "tendon fixer" when the actual applications extend far beyond surface-level tissue repair.
this gastric-derived peptide fragment is criminally underutilized because nobody's talking about what it actually does systemically:
- it counteracts alcohol damage to the liver, stomach, and brain at the same time
- it restores gut barrier integrity, which cuts lps translocation into the bloodstream, indirectly resolving neuroinflammation-driven depression and anxiety
- it reverses dopamine receptor desensitization from chronic stimulant use leading to actual receptor restoration
- it modulates nitric oxide bidirectionally - raising blood pressure when too low, lowering it when too high.
- it repairs peripheral nerve crush injuries through VEGF and growth factor upregulation.
- it promotes organized collagen deposition instead of scar tissue; better function and appearance post-injury.
- it accelerates closure of intestinal fistulas, which almost nothing else does clinically
- it protects the gut lining while you're on NSAIDs instead of fighting them
- it upregulates VEGF in hair follicles – improved blood supply, better density in diffuse thinning.
- it repairs oral and periodontal tissue - documented in dental research almost nobody reads
- it is one of the only compounds with legitimate TBI recovery data at the structural level
most compounds treat symptoms but BPC-157 repairs the root issue.
not medical advice but I theoretically think pretty much anyone would benefit from one 30-day cycle of oral BPC-157... 500mcg (1 cap) daily.
i am young and practically at peak health, yet it completely fixed a half-decade old shoulder injury and made me realize I'd been living with a fucked up gut for years.
made my mind a lot smoother and obliterated my brain fog to the point in [continues off screen]

vilon was really surprising to me - i've been trialling it for months now. and they FINALLY dropped it.
i was expecting some minor immune efficacy through the thymus modulation, but got a noticeable increase in 'vitality' (energy, force, tenacity), noticeably quicker recovery from workouts, and i've never been sick ONCE on it.
super synchronistic with pinealon, epitalon, and BPC-157:
→ vilon handles recovery and immune regulation
→ pinealon drives cognitive function through the day
→ epitalon targets the pineal gland at night
→ bpc-157 at night for tissue repair and gut healing
i've been doing 1-2mg capsules in 30 day cycles.
[reply] epitalon = pineal gland bioregulator, pinealon = brain bioregulator, VILON = thymus bioregulator (trains T-cells).

KLOW rebuilds tendons, seals ulcers, regrows skin, and shuts down inflammation - at the same time.
KLOW is BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, and KPV. Four peptides. Four mechanisms.
• BPC-157 rebuilds gut and tendon tissue.
• TB-500 mobilizes repair cells across the body.
• GHK-Cu activates 4,000+ healing genes.
• KPV shuts down inflammation at the source.
Together they have welded tendon to bone, sealed bleeding ulcers, closed diabetic wounds, faded scars, protected the brain, sealed corneal punctures.
Refs: KPV - Dalmasso 2008 (PMID 18061177); BPC-157 Achilles tendon-to-bone (PMID 16583442).

Copper peptide (GHK-Cu) is a tiny molecule the body makes, central to skin and follicle repair. Levels drop ~60% from your twenties to sixties.
When GHK-Cu reaches the follicle it: activates Wnt/β-catenin (master growth switch), upregulates VEGF (blood supply), rebuilds the collagen scaffold - without altering androgens.
A 2024 paper (Liu et al., Bioactive Materials) showed GHK-Cu works only when wrapped in a delivery system increasing penetration ~3x.
[reply] topical copper peptides appear to work even better than injectable for hair (combined with BPC-157).

Has anyone tried GHK-Cu? Thread consensus: injectable (subq) works far better than oral.
Doses ~0.5-3 mg/day or every other day; common effective dose ~1.75-2 mg/day. 35mg vial reconstituted in ~2.5ml bac water.
Positives: smoother glowing skin, fewer fine lines, 'glass skin' at ~1mg EOD. Negatives at high/prolonged dose: 'copper uglies' - sagging, dullness, breakouts, jowls (skin cycled too fast).
Cycle 30 on / 30 off (max 60/30). Lower dose for women. Often mixed with BPC-157 to reduce sting; supplement zinc (GHK-Cu uses zinc). One user noted estradiol cream gave good skin results.

New longevity therapy started: cerebrolysin
What is cerebrolysin
Cerebrolysin is a mixture of peptides to enhance cognitive function. It fosters neuronal growth and repair which may improve memory. To date, cerebrolysin has been used to treat brain fog, brain injury, and slow down the process of dementia. Because a prior measurement indicated that I have swelling in my brain from my internal jugular vein stenosis (IJVS), we are examining the effectiveness of cerebrolysin in mitigating inflammation as well as any cognitive improvements.
Baseline measurements
After seeing my brain swelling via MRI from IJVS, we chose to proceed with cerebrolysin. We will be measuring the efficacy by monitoring brain MRI markers, sleeping HRV (3 month average at least, measured using WHOOP) and cognitive testing.
Strength of evidence
We find that the data on cerebrolysin in human clinical trials is promising. Most trials examine the effects of cerebrolysin on neurodegenerative diseases and the outcomes show consistent benefits in cognition and global clinical function. We cannot recommend that anyone else participates until more extensive clinical trials have been performed.
Protocol
Ten, 5 mL intramuscular injections over 20 days.
Cost: $160
What we expect to happen
We will be investigating several brain biomarkers to document the effects of cerebrolysin, specifically neurotrophic factors and markers of neural damage. MRI can be implemented to measure brain markers.
[reply] This is for pre symptomatic, long-term use, and want to avoid excessive IVs causing vein damage when it's not super clinically indicated.
[reply] no noticeable side effects, we'll know more with follow up measurement
[reply] BPC-157 is usually for injuries
[reply] it's not clear that methylene blue will add benefits over and above the basic that I'm already doing
