Lactoferrin ELIMINATED belly fat in 8 weeks without dieting
90% of people with "stubborn belly fat" actually have visceral fat caused by gut endotoxins:
- Bacterial toxins leak through gut barrier
- Trigger visceral fat storage
- Hard to remove with diet or exercise (explaining why your belly never shrinks)
Lactoferrin is one of the few compounds that eliminates belly fat by binding the endotoxins causing fat accumulation.
Study: Lactoferrin 300mg daily for 8 weeks reduced visceral fat area by 12.5% and waist circumference by 4-5cm - zero diet or exercise changes
The mechanism: bacterial endotoxins from gut → trigger visceral fat storage around organs → lactoferrin binds endotoxins → blocks fat storage signal → body releases stored fat → waist shrinks
Dose: 300mg lactoferrin on empty stomach 30 min before breakfast (99% purity required - comment "LACTO" for source)
[Image shows anatomy diagram of visceral fat versus subcutaneous fat around organs. Shows randomized controlled trial results on enteric-coated lactoferrin.]

6 Antifungals that help you knock out and keep out Candida (🧵 1/10):
#1 Lactoferrin
Lactoferrin is a protein found in milk (especially raw milk and colostrum) with various protective benefits for the gut.
It helps chelate IRON which is important for all pathogens to grow, including fungi like Candida.
[Graph showing antifungal growth inhibition effects of lactoferrin on Candida albicans and Candida parapsilosis at different concentrations]

Lactoferrin dropped 14.6 cm² of VISCERAL FAT in 8 weeks. The placebo group GAINED weight.
No diet change. No exercise change. One protein.
Here's what lactoferrin does:
- Rewires how your body stores fat
- Binds free iron that feeds harmful gut bacteria
- Strengthens the gut barrier
- Reduces the inflammation that drives visceral fat storage
It's a protein found in breast milk. Your body was built on it from day one. Then your supply was cut off — and your visceral fat has been building ever since.
The problem? Pasteurization destroys it. Store-bought milk has almost none left.
That stubborn belly fat isn't a willpower problem. It's a protein deficiency you've had since you stopped breastfeeding.
My favorite sources:
- Raw milk — the whole food source, the way your body first received it
- Colostrum — the highest natural concentration of lactoferrin available
- Enteric-coated supplement — the form used in clinical trials, survives stomach acid intact
[Image shows randomized controlled trial: "Potent anti-obesity effect of enteric-coated lactoferrin: decrease in visceral fat accumulation in Japanese men and women with abdominal obesity after 8-week administration"]

Want a healthy gut barrier integrity? One needs to protect & regulate the gut sealing protein: Claudin-3.
Low Claudin-3 = compromised barrier = higher risk of systemic inflammation, autoimmunity, and neurological diseases. Compounds that preserve Claudin-3:
- Vitamin D
- Zinc L-Carnosine
- Lactoferrin / Colostrum
- L-Glutamine
- Butyrate / Tributyrin
- Gelatin / Bone Broth
- Quercetin
- Curcumin
- Apigenin

The HIDDEN reason why you should consume raw dairy instead of pasteurized to grow taller and be healthier.
Welcome in this 20 part series where on this account every few days a new post will be available about an unorthodox method you can use to grow taller.
Part 4/20
Ofcourse milk is exceptionally rich in building blocks for your bones, such as protein and Calcium. But one of the most unknown components of milk, but perhaps one of the most important, is a special protein called Lactoferrin.
Lactoferrin is a protein that binds to Iron, thus lowering levels of unbound Iron which otherwise would generate very strong free radicals.
But even more importantly, Lactoferrin is a miracle for bone/height-growth:
- Lactoferrin inhibits the formation and activity of osteoclasts by reducing the expression of receptor activator of nuclear factor κB ligand (RANKL)
- Lactoferrin promotes the differentiation and proliferation of osteoblasts by activating the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) and Wnt/β-catenin pathways
- Lactoferrin increases levels of BMP-2, which are proteins that increase bone growth.
- Lactoferrin lowers PTH and increases Calcitonin.
Around 66% of Lactoferrin gets destroyed during pasteurization, which is why raw milk will be a better option for you, or if you can get your hands on it, Colostrum is an even better alternative.

Lactoferrin is one of the most under-utilized molecules in clinical practice. We make it ourselves, it's found in tears, saliva, colostrum, even the mucosal linings of the gut and respiratory tract. Nature built it into our first line of defence.
I've used it in protocols for everything from gut health to its neurological benefits and I personally take it as a preventative tool to age gracefully. It's not trendy. It's foundational.

You can't lose that belly fat because a toxin is leaking from your gut into your bloodstream.
It's called LPS. It drives insulin resistance and forces your body to store visceral fat.
In a double-blind trial, 300mg of lactoferrin daily reduced visceral fat by 14.6 cm² in 8 weeks. Placebo group: 1.8 cm².
No diet change. No exercise change.
Lactoferrin binds LPS directly and prevents it from crossing your gut lining into circulation. Stomach acid degrades most of it before it reaches your lower gut. Enteric coating lets it arrive intact.
I pinned the one I use in the comments.
That belly fat isn't a willpower problem. It's a toxin problem.

okay f*ck it, here are 20 things you can do that will help you to grow taller:
20. supplementing boron:
boron is a forgotten mineral which is crucial for bones and is naturally found in dried fruit
studies have shown that supplementing boron adds up around 4% of extra height on ostriches, that translates to around 4 inches in humans (ofcourse ostriches are different bla bla bla)
boron also works synergistically with vit D and magnesium which are all regulators of calcium that is being stored in bones.
researchgate.net/publication/50...
19. getting sunlight on your b@lls:
getting the infrared spectrum from sunlight on your b@lls will supercharge the mitochondria in your Leydig cells to create a load of Testosterone.
Testosterone is very anabolic to bone.

18. eating bone broth:
Collagen is the second most abundant ingredient of bones after Hydroxyapatite (calcium and phosphor)

17. drink raw cow milk:
Milk is exceptionally rich in building blocks needed for height growth.
Animal protein, lysine, calcium and even special proteins like lactoferrin are the reason why milk is great for longer bones.

16. walk barefoot:
grounding barefoot might be one of the best ROS reducing activities there is, lowering all markers of inflammation along with de clotting red blood cells from each other.
Compounds: boron, vitamin D, magnesium, calcium, collagen, lactoferrin, lysine, hydroxyapatite
20. supplementing boron:
boron is a forgotten mineral which is crucial for bones and is naturally found in dried fruit
studies have shown that supplementing boron adds up around 4% of extra height on ostriches, that translates to around 4 inches in humans (ofcourse ostriches are different bla bla bla)
boron also works synergistically with vit D and magnesium which are all regulators of calcium that is being stored in bones.

19. getting sunlight on your b@lls:
getting the infrared spectrum from sunlight on your b@lls will supercharge the mitochondria in your Leydig cells to create a load of Testosterone.
