Men in their late 30s are looking 40 and nobody is telling them why
Puffy face. Grey skin. Eye bags at noon. People guessing their age wrong by a decade.
It's not genetics. It's inflammation aging the body from the Inside out
The puffiness under the eyes is fluid retention from a gut that's been sending endotoxins into the lymphatics for years.
The dull skin is a liver so backed up with endotoxin that it can't clear the waste that shows up on the face
Aging happens when cells can't repair faster than they're being damaged. Inflammation accelerates that damage. Every single day.
The guys who "age well" aren't genetic freaks.
They fix the gut. When gut inflammation dies, hormones return to where they should be. Their body can spend resources on repair instead of firefighting.
The $500 billion skincare industry is topical products trying to fix a problem that starts in the gut. Moisturizer doesn't fix internal inflammation
I wasted 5 years younger with puffiness. Face gone. Skin dull. Dark circles healed. Skin cleaned. People asked if I'd lost weight.
Wasn't exercise. Just stopped being inflamed.
What actually works:
- Fix the gut. Endotoxin from a leaky gut drives the systemic inflammation that ages every tissue in the body. Bone broth, L-glutamine, L-carnosine. Stop caffeine on an empty stomach
- Cut seed oils. They oxidize in the cell membranes and accelerate aging at the cellular level. Cook in butter, ghee, tallow.
- Eat enough. Undereating suppresses thyroid. Low thyroid = puffy face, dull skin, thinning hair, fluid retention. Every "anti-aging" influencer is fasting and wondering why they look older
- Liver support. The liver cleans the waste that shows up on your skin. Glycine, enough protein to fuel detox pathways. Overwhelm nothing.
- Magnesium and zinc. Both required for skin cell turnover and collagen synthesis. Both depleted by stress
- Sleep 7-8 hours. Growth hormone peaks during deep sleep. Growth hormone drives tissue repair. No deep sleep = no repair = faster aging
- The face is a dashboard for internal health. Every puff, every circle, every premature line is the body showing what's wrong underneath.
Spending $200/month on serums while eating seed oils and sleeping 5 hours is treating the dashboard light without opening the hood

Phenibut should only be legal to use for extremely strong-willed individuals.
Didn't touch it for 2 years, tried a 400mg dose and the effects you feel from this are so borderline insane, Its like everything suddenly 'clicks' into place in a very beautiful way.
Everything is better, experiencing life feels magical.
Walking through places u've walked through a thousand times now feel like an adventure, everything is exciting, nothing is negative.
But once that effect fades, all you can see is what's missing from your life, and it will need tremendous willpower to not touch that stuff again because cravings to tap into that magical feeling will come.
for recreational purposes nothing beats it short term, but it seems nobody can keep it at a very low dose for only very special occasions, it just draws you in.
Because in the beginning, withdrawals almost aren't there.
But as soon tolerance increases, doses will increase to once again feel that 'high', but after that high faded away, u will experience a terrible 'low'
Funnily enough, taking this after 2 years of not touching it, gave me a nostalgic feeling from a vacation I went on 1.5 years ago, where I ate 120 oysters in 7 days and experienced that same feeling as low-dose Phenibut.
I believe you can mimic the Phenibut high with:
- very high Oyster consumption
- Inositol
- L-theanine
- Taurine
- Magnesium (1g elemental)
- enriched living

the meldonium + tadalafil + bromantane + modafinil stack is STUPID GOOD for cognitive and performance enhancement:
→ tadalafil increases cerebral blood flow; more oxygen and nutrients reaching your brain
→ meldonium shifts neurons to use glucose more efficiently under that increased delivery
→ modafinil drives acute focus and wakefulness on top of the already optimized foundation
→ bromantane upregulates tyrosine hydroxylase so your dopamine production capacity actually builds instead of depleting
blood flow → neural efficiency → cognitive output → neurotransmitter sustainability
four different entry points all converging on a beautiful path of pure fucking output
and then you just munch on skittles and gummy bears as your carb source throughout the day as meldonium literally shifts your metabolism toward glucose utilization, also incredibly important to hydrate with electrolytes throughout the day as glucose metabolization uses up massive amounts of magnesium and potassium
you literally become a well-oiled pharmacological MACHINE running on fucking candy and all-ends optimization
add pinealon and epitalon for sleep and you might get the midas touch
not medical advice, and definitely start on low doses (can be heavy on the cardiovascular system for some) but this is the schedule i follow
- meldonium sublingual 500-1000 mg 6 weeks on, several months off (supplement l-carnitine when you go off)
- modafinil 100-200 mg
- bromantane sublingual 50 mg (daily)
- tadalafil 5 mg daily
again, not medical advice... this is high level shit

okay f*ck it, here are 20 things you can do that will help you to grow taller:
20. supplementing boron:
boron is a forgotten mineral which is crucial for bones and is naturally found in dried fruit
studies have shown that supplementing boron adds up around 4% of extra height on ostriches, that translates to around 4 inches in humans (ofcourse ostriches are different bla bla bla)
boron also works synergistically with vit D and magnesium which are all regulators of calcium that is being stored in bones.
researchgate.net/publication/50...
19. getting sunlight on your b@lls:
getting the infrared spectrum from sunlight on your b@lls will supercharge the mitochondria in your Leydig cells to create a load of Testosterone.
Testosterone is very anabolic to bone.
researchgate.net/publication/50...
18. eating bone broth:
Collagen is the second most abundant ingredient of bones after Hydroxyapatite (calcium and phosphor)
collagen is also what the Epiphysis is made out of.
Let bone broth be one of the most dense sources of Collagen you can get from your diet (or gelatin powder: aesthetic-alimentation.com/products/beef-...)
pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/1398632/
17. drink raw cow milk:
Milk is exceptionally rich in building blocks needed for height growth.
Animal protein, lysine, calcium and even special proteins like lactoferrin are the reason why milk is great for longer bones.
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/P...
16. walk barefoot:
grounding barefoot might be one of the best ROS reducing activities there is, lowering all markers of inflammation along with de clotting red blood cells from each other.
Compounds: boron, vitamin D, magnesium, calcium, collagen, lactoferrin, lysine, hydroxyapatite

Quite liked the guys Nootropic stack I read about a while ago:
- Meldonium
- Emoxypine Succinate (Mexidol)
- Cerebrolysin
- Noopept
- Alpha-GPC
- Memantine
But no clue why someone would run stimulants like Adderall, Desoxyn and God knows what else, and expect all the neurotoxicity to be mitigated with Mexidol, S-Ketamine and Cerebrolysin, more neuroprotection is needed.
Would add:
- HDACi's like Crebinostat or Varinostat (tolerance reversal)
- NACET as superior version of NAC (neuroprotection)
- Bromantane + L-Tyrosine/NALT on hand to replenish Dopamine stores asap and an additional GDNF boost
- Absolute Magnesium megadoses, 1g elemental (Threonate, Glycinate, Chloride etc.)
[reply] not a fan of things that rapidly induce neuroplasticity because they very often mess up top-down control from the prefrontal cortex, it's why i am a bit cautious of Dihexa, low dose probably different tho. Cortexin is nice, but I'd say Pinealon is even more potent for cognition
[reply] i think mexidol, cerebrolysin and perhaps some pinealon would work great
Compounds: meldonium, mexidol (emoxypine succinate), cerebrolysin, noopept, alpha-GPC, memantine, Adderall, Desoxyn, S-ketamine, crebinostat, vorinostat (varinostat), NACET, bromantane, L-tyrosine/NALT, dihexa, cortexin, pinealon, magnesium
