If you believe metabolism is important, it makes NO SENSE to not megadose PQQ.

By increasing the amount of mitochondria you have (through PGC1α activation) you improve across your entire body; hair, heart, fat tissue, liver, brain, skin, muscles literally everywhere.

No surprise it is able to improve cognition, endurance, strength, inflammation, sleep, fat burning and a list of 1000 other things.

50mg a day at least. Go into debt if you have to.

tried meldonium and thyroid combined, both in a higher dose past few days

brainfog was the result

defo depletes cofactors very quickly

let's see what happens when combined with 200mg CoQ10, an even higher magnesium dose, 20mg PQQ, 600mg benfotiamine, methylated B-complex and maybe some TTFD as well

no I don't know my methylation status, so let's just see what happens

PQQ lowers inflammation & improves mitochondrial function in clinical study.

Doses of 0.2-0.3 mg / kg:

◇ Showed improvements in antioxidant status (with a single dose)

A molecule found in natto, parsley, green peppers - PQQ acts as a redox exchanger in the cell, meaning it can be an antioxidant against damage or a pro-oxidant for energy production.

Human crossover trial (n=10): PQQ at 0.2 mg/kg (single dose) and 0.3 mg/kg/day (3 days). Lowered plasma TBARS/malondialdehyde (antioxidant effect, correlated with serum PQQ R=0.74); reduced CRP and IL-6 in all 10 subjects (CRP ~45%); fell lactate:pyruvate ratio (4.5→3.6) and summed urinary TCA intermediates (~15%, fumarate -18%); decreased urinary TMAO.
