running this interesting stack for the coming 4-8 weeks or so:

morning
amantadine 100-200mg
royal jelly 5g
tadalafil 5mg
subq selanık 500mcg
epitalon 4mg
vilon 1mg
mexidol 250mg
ALCAR 500mg

mid-day/ afternoon
cerebrolysin 5ml (10 days)
agmatine sulfate 0.5g

evening
guanfacine 2-4mg
magnesium l-threonate 144mg

at need
intranasal insulin 20-60iu (non-modafinil days)
modafinil/armodafinil (100mg max)
NACET 50-100mg
citicoline 250mg

excluded supplements here as my current supp stack is weird to heal my broken foot.

trying something new here, focused on neuroprotection, dopaminergic and executive function optimization, glutamate mitigation, and systemic cellular longevity - not just acute (or even long-term) efficacy.

saving selegiline for the next experiments (the MAO inhibition is too limiting, it would be annoying)

not medical advice.

Compounds: amantadine, royal jelly, tadalafil, selanık (semax or selank), epitalon, vilon, mexidol (emoxypine), ALCAR, cerebrolysin, agmatine sulfate, guanfacine, magnesium l-threonate, intranasal insulin, modafinil, armodafinil, NACET, citicoline, selegiline

'chronic social defeat stress' is the root cause of being a loser and further integrates the loser mindset. It takes more freedom away than the government ever will because it makes you slave-minded

revisit your fears, indulge in brutal competition, and:

- L reuteri
- taurine
- royal jelly
- caffeine
- sun on balls
- niacin

(funny how I listed 3 ingredients which are in Redbull)

[Reply from aestheticprimal @aestheticprimal - Apr 11, 2025: chronic social defeat stress is a type of stress where an organism has failed enough times at a task or competition with another organism, that it will avoid further confrontations to avoid losing...]

Compounds: L. reuteri, taurine, royal jelly, caffeine, niacin

These are the best supplements:

- Gelatin / glycine
- Glutamine
- Lactoferrin
- Mastic gum
- Sodium Butyrate
- Zinc Carnosine

If you want to experiment with peptides, BPC-157 is insane for gut health

Cut out all irritating foods, eat only nutrient dense whole foods:

- Dairy
- Meat
- Gelatin/bone broth
- Eggs
- Organs (liver, heart)
- Oysters
- Shilajit
- Bee pollen
- Dark chocolate
- Royal jelly
- Colostrum powder

Hope this helps.

Current Dopamine enhancement stack
extra fire to crush objectives (and actually chase the right objectives)
- 5mL Cerebrolysin (EOD)
- 2-4 IU Intranasal insulin (almost daily)
- 2g+ royal jelly (daily)
- 10-15mg 9-me-bc (daily)
below is why!👇

[reply] Cerebrolysin seems to enhance Dopaminergic transmission mainly through improving redox balance (total antioxidant capacity), and also seemingly through activation of GDNF receptor complex. Evidence on Cerebrolysin and Dopamine itself has not been studied much, but from personal experience the Dopamine baseline seems to be much much higher. when it comes to sourcing it, it's very different per region, Rupharma is decent, but even Indiamart is a better alternative.
[reply] Intranasal Insulin seems to be something very niche, until you realize that there's a tremendous amount of scientific literature on it, just go on google scholar and type in 'intranasal insulin' and you'll see. Seems to be mainly mediated through improving redox balance in the brain.
[reply] Royal Jelly does an amazing job at enhancing the burst firing of Dopaminergic neurons in the VTA (ventral tegmental area), through the connection of the VTA to the NAc (nucleus accumbens) it then enhances the desire to get stuff done.
[reply] 9-me-bc is one of the newer additions, and is perhaps the most potent tool for improving Dopaminergic transmission and getting that feeling of "I wanna get shit done today"; improves expression of enzymes required in Dopamine synthesis, improves total health of Dopaminergic neurons.
[related article] 9-me-bc - USE IT — 9-me-bc is an abbreviation for 9-methyl-beta-carboline... (see paper Polanski W et al., J Neurochem 2010, PMID 20374418)

Compounds: cerebrolysin, intranasal insulin, royal jelly, 9-me-bc (9-methyl-beta-carboline)
