I never thought I'd be writing this.
My dad is 68. Used to farm. Now he's fighting colon cancer.
Five weeks ago, I put him on a protocol I put together from what I learned here on X:
- 72mg Ivermectin (daily)
- 444mg Fenbendazole
- 4,000mg Vitamin C
- 32oz Hibiscus tea
Also fasting, sun, low-inflammatory food.
Yesterday, his new CT scan came back. Tumor shrinkage.
But here's the part that really got me.
Dad also had this ugly spot on his neck. Basal cell. Been there for years. Growing.
So I did something else. I took the same Ivermectin paste — the one from the farm store — and dabbed it on that spot. Three times a day.
One month later? The spot is gone. Completely cleared.
He called me this morning. His voice was different. "It's gone, son."
And me?
I've been taking a smaller dose myself — 24mg Ivermectin + 444mg Fenbendazole — just to see what happens.
My sleep fixed itself. I wake up without an alarm. I don't crave sugar anymore. I don't even want to over-eat.
I feel... calm.
Look, I know how this sounds. Horse paste for cancer? For skin cancer? I laughed too. Then I watched my dad's scans change.
I'm not a doctor. I'm just a son who refused to give up.
Healing is always possible. Even when it looks crazy.

[Main tweet from Zaid K. Dahhaj @zaid_dahhaj - Feb 18: "My wife has had "panic disorder" for some time now, about a year and a half post the birth of our son. We know that mainstream psychiatry often treats panic disorder as primarily brain based anxiety disorder. I obviously have a lot of disdain for this reductionist garbage, which fails to consider the body through holism. She has done CBT, which has helped her manage symptoms, but it hasn't solved the issue for good. She's tried a lot of things to help her resolve this. Methylcobalamin, P5P, Magnesium acetyl taurate, beef organ supplementation, vagus nerve activation devices, so forth... Nothing seems to stick. This is a deep rabbit hole, and I'm doing my best to pinpoint what it could be. She has a history of hypothyroidism, and I suspect that plays a heavy part in this entire dynamic. Has anybody gone through this and resolved panic disorder for good? If you have any experience with this, please share some insight below"]
Reply from Andra @BioavailableNd: You are truly a gem for deeply caring about your wife with such grace. These are the routes I would explore:
- Remove gluten
- Stabilize blood sugar.
- Whole-food vitamin C for histamine + cortisol
- Lemon balm, passionflower tinctures.
- CO2 big breathing, Ray Peat.
- Inositol (GABA, blood sugar balancer and anti anxiety support)
- S Boulardii is wonderful for my clients with panic that stems from gut issues due to post birth antibiotics or with the rise of estrogen.
- Craniosacral therapy. Primatrust. Gupta program if birth trauma.
- Micronutrient panel by Vibrant Wellness
- This will work for blood sugar, anemia, thyroid/hormones. Progesterone to be tested 5-7 post ovulation.

When treating the gut, start with THIS check list:
1. Have you address inflammation (diet and life changes first, then metabolic or weight issues, and if need support meriva curcumin + boswellia, or even peptides like KPV)
2. Have you address digestion
- stomach acid via sufficient zinc, swedish bitters or arugula
- bile support via taurine, glycine, folate, B2, choline and b12
- iberogast/magnesium citrate if constipated
- digestive enzymes if low on test, have thyroid issues, or can't digest fats + starch
- trialled removing FODMAPs: starch, or other trigger foods – may need an elimination diet
3. Are you supporting any immune issue?
- may need to inhibit mast cell degranulation (boswellia, PEA, black seed oil, passionflower)
- support break down of histamine (via methylation nutrients, vitamin C, copper, DAO)
- elimination diet sometimes
4. Does your motility need support?
- if constipation (kiwi, iberagast, mg citrate, PHGG)
- if diarrhea (PHGG, fibre/starch in food as can tolerate)
5. Do you need to oxidative stress
- fruits and pomegranate juice as tolerated
- NAC with selenium and molybdenum
- black seed oil
6. Ensure you support the gut lining
- bone broth, collagen, glycine, gelatin
- zinc l carnosine
- s boulardii
- glutamine,
- peptides like BPC-157, larazotide, GHK or TBC500
- foods like okra and resistant starch as tolerated
7. Other factors
- sleep
- moderate exercise
- 10% calorie deficit but nutrient excess
- proper light environment practices and sufficient sunlight
- check cronometer for nutrients you're hitting, supplement what you aren't
- walk lots
- meditate or pray
This is a spring board to then work into your microbial/biofilm issues [truncated]

The benefits of GHK-Cu are insane:
- In human trials, it increased collagen 51% in 3 months
- Outperformed vitamin C AND retinoic acid for collagen
- Beat Matrixyl 3000 (a leading anti-aging peptide) by 31.6% wrinkle reduction
- Resets 31% of the human genome
- Triggers cancer cells' natural self-destruct mechanism
Yet most people only see it as a 'skincare ingredient.' Injectable GHK-Cu available (50 mg).
